Spend Your Summer Enjoying
The Marvels of the Marsh!
Camp Chris Stone and the Wrightsville Beach Museum proudly present:
The Marsh Without the Mud!
We hope that you and your family will be able to join us to learn more about our local ecology and ways that you can help our coastal environment thrive. To learn more and register your family today, please visit the Wrightsville Beach Museum website linked below.
This special adult and family program will be held on Wednesday evenings from June 21 - July 19 at The Wrightsville Beach Museum from 6:30 - 8:00 in the evening.
Each night features a squid dissection, a visit from the Wrightsville Beach Sea Turtle Project, interactive discussions with the Wrightsville Beach Audubon Society, an engaging session on the importance of oysters in our ecosystems, and a visit from the Ocean Plastic Project. Our activities are designed to educate and inspire children and adults alike on the natural environment of Wrightsville Beach.
We hope to see you there!

There's Always a Reason to Smile!
At Camp Chris Stone, there is always a reason to smile! Take a look at some of our campers from years past and the smiles that they have to share.

Camp Chris Stone is dedicated to the memory and ideals of long-time Wrightsville Beach resident, Chris Stone, who spent countless hours as a child and as an adult enjoying the marvels of the marshes.
