Spend Your Summer Enjoying

The Marvels of the Marsh!

Yes, Camp Chris Stone is getting ready for another summer of fun in the marsh. Even though we will still have to comply with guidelines, our staff has been hard at work planning dates, times, tides and activities.

Mother Nature is being a little difficult this year with low tides, so we are being as creative with our camp schedule as possible.

This year, Camp Chris Stone will "look" very different than in years past. Our Pop Up Camp Session is 4 hours each day for 4 days and our all-day camps are 7 hours with children bringing a lunch.

Because of an overwhelming number of campers from Summer 2020 that opted to carryover their Registration Fees to Summer 2021, we have 3 fulls weeks of camp even before registration opens on Saturday, March 13.  This is why our scheduling looks a bit different this year.

Our dates are as follows:

  • Pop Up Camp:

    • June 1-4 (Tuesday-Friday)

      • 8:00am-12:00pm

  • All Day Sessions:

    • June 17 (Thursday)

      • 8:00am-3:00pm

    • June 18 (Friday)

      • 8:00am-3:00pm

    • July 16 (Friday)

      • 8:00am -3:00pm

    • July 30 (Friday)

      • 8:00am-3:00pm

Registration will begin at 9:00am on SATURDAY, MARCH 13th. Our session sizes are much smaller this year, so spaces are limited. Remember, the ages for all of our sessions are 6 - 10 years.

This year, because of safety and social distancing, all of the registration will be online, and all payments will be by credit card.

To register, go to the Registration tab on the Home Page menu the day Registration begins.  The Google Form for each session will open at 9:00 the morning of Saturday, March 13.

There's Always a Reason to Smile!

At Camp Chris Stone, there is always a reason to smile! Take a look at some of our campers from years past and the smiles that they have to share.

Camp Chris Stone is dedicated to the memory and ideals of long-time Wrightsville Beach resident, Chris Stone, who spent countless hours as a child and as an adult enjoying the marvels of the marshes.
